We print all our accessories from durable technical filaments such as PLA+, PETG, and TPU, selected according to their intended use. We focus on durability, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.
🎯 2. Are the products suitable for professional work?
Yes. Our jigs, holders, and organizers are developed in collaboration with professionals. We test them in real conditions – in carpentry workshops, at CNC stations, and in daily work with tools.
🛠️ 3. Can I order a custom-sized product or with my own logo?
Absolutely! We offer custom printing – you can add your design, logo, company name, or specific dimensions. Simply use the “Custom Printing” tab or contact us through the contact form.
📐 4. I couldn't find the product I need – what now?
Contact us! If you have an idea for a jig, holder, or other solution – we’ll gladly design it for you or adapt one of our existing models. We’ll print it, test it, and ship it.
🚚 5. How does order fulfillment and shipping time work?
We print most products on demand after order placement – therefore fulfillment time is usually 2–4 business days. We ship by courier or to InPost parcel lockers, with package tracking option.
📦 6. Do you offer wholesale or business sales?
Yes. We handle B2B orders – for workshops, service centers, technical schools, and manufacturers. We offer individual quotes, volume discounts, and small-batch production capabilities.
🔄 7. Can I return or exchange a product?
For personalized products (e.g., with engraving or made to specification), returns are only possible in case of manufacturing defects. Details can be found in the terms and conditions.
