\u00a71. General Provisions <\/h2>
  1. The online store operates at https:\/\/starydrukuje.pl<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. The Owner and Seller is Sara Setlak (Stary Drukuje), KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE province, \u015awiecie county, \u015awiekatowo municipality, \u015awiekatowo town, Stawowa Street, no. 3, 86-182, Tax ID (NIP): 5543031763, Business ID (REGON): 540573143, email: starydrukuje@gmail.com<\/a>, phone. +48 790 362 100.<\/li>
  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding distance contracts, payments, delivery, complaints, and data protection.<\/li>
  4. To use the Store, a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting cookies and JavaScript is required.<\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a72. Nature of the Offer \u2013 Custom 3D Prints <\/h2>
    1. The Store specializes in producing 3D-printed elements based on individual Customer orders, according to provided technical parameters (dimensions, files\/drawings, tolerances, material, color, finish).<\/li>
    2. Before placing an order, the Customer accepts the technical parameters of the project. If clarification is needed, the Seller may request additional data\/drawings. <\/li>
    3. Due to the specifics of 3D printing and material tolerances, minor differences within agreed tolerances (if specified) are acceptable.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a73. Placing Orders and Contract Formation <\/h2>
      1. Orders can be placed 24\/7 through the Store (order form\/shopping cart).<\/li>
      2. Steps: product selection\/configuration (parameters), providing details, choosing delivery and payment methods, accepting Terms and Privacy Policy, submitting the order.<\/li>
      3. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an email confirming the order acceptance.<\/li>
      4. In case of technical concerns, the Seller may contact the Customer before accepting the order.<\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a74. Prices and Payments <\/h2>
        1. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.<\/li>
        2. Available payment methods: BLIK, fast online transfers, payment cards, and other methods supported by PayU.<\/li>
        3. The payment operator is PayU S.A. Payment is required before order processing begins.<\/li>
        4. Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within the specified time.<\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a75. Order Fulfillment and Timeframes <\/h2>
          1. Order processing begins after payment confirmation and any necessary technical data verification.<\/li>
          2. Estimated completion time is indicated on the product page\/during purchase process or individually agreed upon.<\/li>
          3. For larger\/non-standard orders, the timeframe may change \u2014 the Customer will be notified.<\/li><\/ol>

            \u00a76. Delivery <\/h2>
            1. Delivery territory: Poland and European Union countries.<\/li>
            2. Carriers: DHL and InPost (courier\/parcel locker \u2013 if available for the shipment).<\/li>
            3. Delivery costs and options are presented during checkout.<\/li>
            4. In-person pickup is available by appointment \u2013 if this option is offered in the Store.<\/li><\/ol>

              \u00a77. Right of Withdrawal <\/h2>
              1. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products made according to Customer specifications or serving their individualized needs (Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act).<\/li>
              2. The Store’s offer primarily includes custom-made products \u2013 therefore withdrawal (return) is not possible.<\/li><\/ol>

                \u00a78. Complaints (Product Non-conformity) <\/h2>
                1. Customers may file complaints if the produced part does not conform to provided dimensions\/specifications or in case of shipping damage.<\/li>
                2. Complaints should be submitted via email: starydrukuje@gmail.com<\/a> (recommended to include description, photos, any drawings with dimensions, and order number).<\/li>
                3. The Seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>
                4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will: repair, reprint, replace the item, or refund full\/partial payment \u2013 depending on the nature of the defect.<\/li>
                5. For shipping damage, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier and prompt notification (preferably within 7 days) \u2013 this facilitates claims against the carrier.<\/li>
                6. The Seller covers return shipping costs for valid complaints.<\/li><\/ol>

                  \u00a79. Personal Data <\/h2>

                  Data processing rules are specified in the Privacy Policy<\/a> available on the Site.<\/p>

                  \u00a710. Final Provisions <\/h2>
                  1. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, particularly the Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, and Electronic Services Act.<\/li>
                  2. These Terms and Conditions are available electronically on the Site and can be saved by the Customer.<\/li>
                  3. The Seller may modify these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, functionality).
